The Chief Rabbi of Cyprus, Arie Zeev Raskin attended the 4th of July reception arranged by the Embassy of the United States in Cyprus in celebration of the United States independence day.
Chief Rabbi Raskin had met the recently appointed American Ambassador Mrs. Julie Fischer and blessed her to have much success in her new mission.
Rabbi Raskin also warmly greeted the President of the Republic of Cyprus who spoke at the event about the importance of implementing the values associated with the USA independence day such as liberty and religious freedom for all communities living in Cyprus
