Synagogues in Cyprus

1. The Synagogue is used for prayer and Torah learning. no other uses are allowed.

2. Some events and ceremonies may take place in the Synangouge such as: Brit Mila (circumcission), Bar Mitzvah, Shabbat Chatan, Weddings and Memorials. All participant must respect tznius (modesty) and Halach rules.

3. Vistors (men and women) must respect the holiness of the Synagogue by wearing apropriate clothing.

4. Seating inside the Synagogue is saparated.

5. Any foods and/or drinks served at the Synagogue at any time should be approved by the Kashrut Department.

6. All matters concerning Synagogues in Cyprus would follow the guidance of Chief Rabbi Arie Zeev Raskin.
